This Refund, Replacement & Store Credit Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Half Scale, operated by Santhitham Silks Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through www.halfscale.in or any associated sales channels.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 7-DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer a 7-day replacement window from the date of delivery.

A replacement request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date the product is marked as delivered.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a replacement:
 • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
 • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact
 • The product must be returned in saleable condition
 • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) must be provided
 • The item must not show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse

You may try the product for fit, but it must remain in original condition.

The Company reserves the right to reject any replacement request that does not meet these conditions.

2. INITIATING A REPLACEMENT

To request a replacement:

Please include:
 • Order number
 • Reason for replacement
 • Clear images/videos of the product (if applicable)

If approved:
 • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided
 • The product must be shipped within the timeline specified in our approval email

⚠️ Products returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery.

If you receive:
 • A damaged product
 • A manufacturing defect
 • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo/video evidence.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

All claims are subject to internal quality inspection and verification.

4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REPLACEMENT ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable:
 • Custom-made or personalized products
 • Special orders made on request
 • Products purchased during sale or promotional discounts
 • Gift cards
 • Perishable goods (if applicable)
 • Personal care items
 • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing

The Company reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility.

5. NO CASH REFUNDS – STORE CREDIT ONLY

Half Scale does not provide monetary refunds.

If a return is approved, the customer will receive Store Credit only.

Store Credit Terms:
 • Valid for use on www.halfscale.in
 • Non-transferable
 • Cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer
 • Cannot be reversed once issued
 • Validity period (if applicable) will be mentioned in issuance email

Store credit will be issued only after:
 1. The returned item is received
 2. The item passes quality inspection
 3. Eligibility is confirmed by our team

Processing timelines may vary depending on logistics and inspection time.

6. EXCHANGE PROCESS

To receive a different product:
 1. Request replacement approval
 2. Return the approved item
 3. Store credit will be issued upon successful inspection
 4. Place a new order using the issued store credit

Inventory availability is subject to stock at the time of repurchase.

7. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

 • In cases of reverse pickup, customers must self-ship the product.
 • The Company is not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.
 • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE

Santhitham Silks Private Limited reserves the right to:
 • Refuse returns that do not meet eligibility criteria
 • Reject items that fail quality checks
 • Deny replacement/store credit in cases of policy misuse
 • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
