We don't accept returns. Instead, We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Half Scale's exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on Santhitham for any reason within the specified exchange. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
